Final phase submission tutorial updated

Dear finalists,

The submission tutorial for the Final phase has been updated to better reflect the training environment. The updates are:

1. Your training container should store any intermediate results such as preprocessed data in a dedicated scratch space. This will ensure that each team has access to the same amount of storage space for preprocessing without interfering with the runs of other teams.

2. The docker run command in the test.sh and test.bat scripts have been updated.

Hi Luuk, Thanks for the Update. Are there any restrictions or limits on the scratch space, or is it virtually unlimited?

The scratch space has a limited size of 2000 GB to be used for your submission. See the submission tutorial for the Final phase for details.
