Dear SPPIN teams,

As teams were running into problems we decided to increase the computational time to 1200 seconds for a single case. This also means we need to be more strict with monitoring the number of submissions per team, which is 5 submissions in the Preliminary Test Phase and 1 submission for the Final Test Phase.
