An unexpected error occurred in Validation Task 1 - MRI

I made submission in in Validation Task 1 - MRI, but I got a feedback , " An unexpected error occurred ". I checked my prediction file according to required format, and the link to my algorithm from my container in Grand Challenge Algorithms, which is succeeded in Preliminary test Task1 - MRI Submission. I couldn't find out problems. If someone could tell me how to solve it?

Thank you for reaching out. I downloaded your submission but it seems to be corrupted. I guess that is the underlying problem. Please try to re-zip your predictions and re-upload. Note that your prediction is now 4.4 GB. If I compare to other submissions, this is a bit too large. Without being able to open it, I cannot tell you what could be the problem, but considering previous errors, please make sure that the sCT have the same size of the input images when submitting.
