Long time running of sanity check

Dear organizers:

Our team's latest submission to the sanity check phase has been running for over 8h without ending. And I cannot submit any other algorithms currently. Could you please check if there is any problem to our submission? Thank you!

No problem now! It finally ends after about 12 hours. And we can now submit other algorithms.
