I have added the slides triggering Open Slide/tiffile errors with a dummy ground truth to Sanity check and increased number of submissions to Sanity check to 20 per/day.

Dear Khrystyna, Could you share an example WSI triggering an error and extend the deadline for 5 more days or so? It is not obvious to find an error, as it is triggered in a low level code of Openslide library. If the code requires for example WSI changes in segmentation, then it should be properly tested, which takes time. Increasing submissions to Sanity check to 20 per/day, does not help much, since adding changes, building, uploading, and sanity check of the container takes about ~3-4h. Best, Kamil
