Dear all,
We are happy to announce L2 leaderboard is now open. We also increased the time limit to 2 hours. Please follow the steps below for submitting your algorithm to L2 leaderboard:
Step 1: Test your algorithm locally with a training image and corresponding tissue_mask that we provided—for example, 104S.tif and 104S_tissue.tif from the 'wsitils' dataset.
Step 2: check that your algorithm completes within 2 hours.
Step 3: Test your algorithm on grand-challenge with this script L2 test code
Step 4: Check that you get the expected output on the grand-challenge website.
Step 5: Check that your job was completed in 2 hours on the grand-challenge website.
Step 6: Email us that you would like your algorithm to be submitted to L2. We will also contact the top-5 of L1. We will run 5 submission per week for L2. Please see for more information the rules and the evaluation section.
If your algorithm takes more than 2 hours, you will have to optimize it. It is essential to follow these steps as a failed submission in L2 is costly, and it would be unfortunate if it could have been avoided by following these steps.
Please let us know if you have any questions on the forum. We are happy to help and give you support if needed.
Best wishes, Mart
