Segmentation evaluation for TiGER challenge

Hello there!

I have a question regarding the segmentation evaluation task. Does the "rest" in (stroma vs. rest) and (tumour vs. rest) mean the "rest" class (marked by colour blue) or all the class except for stroma or tumour?

Btw, does the (stroma vs. the other classes) count tumour associated stroma (green), healthy glands (orange) and inflammed stroma (purple) altogether as stroma class? and Does the (invasive tumor vs. the other classes) only count the invasive tumour(light blue)?

Stroma in the context of the evaluation includes both Tumor-associated and Inflamed stroma, but not healthy glands (-> mask values 2 and 6 are grouped together). Invasive tumor is indeed only light blue - mask value 1 (does not include in-situ tumor, which is counted as one of the other classes)
