When will be the last time for evaluation?

1) When the grand challenge will be end exactly ? Please let me know the UTC time (ex. Feb, 20, UTC 22:00) for the last submit.

2) You mentioned in a previous post that you might be extending the timeline of the challenge. Is this extension plan was canceled?
