The newest version of the public shots on Zenodo has been released, including minor fixes for a few tasks. The changes are as follows:

  • Task 6: Corrected labels due to a previous conversion error.
  • Task 8: Increased the resolution from 0.5 µm/px to 0.25 µm/px to match the resolution provided in the challenge and ensure a more accurate representation of the data.
  • Task 9: Identified a preprocessing bug that resulted in incorrect color channels, causing the staining to appear too purple. The image content remains unchanged, but the color channels have been corrected.
  • Task 10: Renamed labels to match the image names.
  • Task19: Changed the key "text" to "tagged_text" and changed "text_target" to "tagged_text_target".
