Account verification for submission

Hi Max,

unfortunately I was not able to submit my first container before today because the Dockerization was very tedious. Now I tried to submit but I got a message that my GrandChallenge account needs to be verified manually and that it could take a week. Is there any way to speed that up? Do other participants have that problem as well?

Dear Jan,

That's strange, since according to what I can see on your profile your account has already been verified. Do you still have problems submitting?

If other participants also ran into this problem please let us know here, then we will contact the GrandChallenge team about it.

yes, I just checked and my account has been verified now. I was not notified about the verification, though.

Is the deadline Tuesday at noon or at midnight (in the night to Wednesday)?
