MICCAI 2024

As MICCAI 2024 has come to a conclusion we wanted to take the opportunity to reflect on the past few months. We were honoured to host 16 extraordinary challenges presented at MICCAI 2024, for which preparations on our platform started as early as April this year.

This year's challenges covered a broad spectrum of clinical areas, ranging from the fields of oncology and neurology, to surgical and orthopedic applications. They utilized a rich variety of imaging modalities such as MRI, CT, PET, ultrasound, 3D Light Sheet Microscopy and surgical video data. The various tasks ranged from segmenting brain injuries and Circle of Willis structures, to detecting pelvic fractures and predicting time to prostate cancer recurrence.
