Algorithm permission problem

I am using URL https://grand-challenge.org/algorithms/create/ to create my segmentation algorithm, but it returns the following error: "You do not have permission to access this content."

Does anyone know why I get this error? Thanks

However, even my teammate is the verified user, he can't access the page.
