1. Can we change the architecture of the model while resubmitting ?
2. If we cannot change architecture, can we resubmit the same model with different weights obtained from another checkpoint?
3. Can we change the preprocessing step while resubmitting?

Yes, by updating the docker image of your submission you can change both architecture and model weights.
