Number of allowed submissions

I have a question about the number of allowed submissions to the preliminary Test phase, you said Only 5 submissions to the preliminary Test phase are allowed in the github, does it mean each team has only 5 times to submite or each member has only 5 times? By the way, does the failed submissions count in the tmies limit？Looking forward to your reply.

Each team (not team member) is allowed 5 submissions only. It is mainly for sanity check and the number of validation samples for this phase is very limited. I'm not sure if a failed submission counts. Please check with grand-challenge support.
