(1) It might be helpful if we can use a (light) input mha file to test in our own machine before uploading. (2) how the id and name of images are arranged in the groundtruth JSON file? [ "id": 1, "file_name": 1.png]?

Hello! light mha won't be provided. You could try to convert trainig images to mha file and convert back with the script we have sent to you. Please use instructions given in github and challenge page. The only thing you should do is to use the script to properly save images from mha file with given names.
