Challenge Rules, Algorithm/Docker Submission Test Phase Updates ¶
By: sliew on July 25, 2022, 9:03 p.m.
Hi all, Some quick updates: 1) We have now added challenge rules, which are the same rules as for our partner ISLES'22 challenge: https://atlas.grand-challenge.org/challenge-rules/ Please review this page, which includes rules for submitting to the grand challenge in general, as well as four specific criteria for entering the ATLAS/ISLES'22 challenge at MICCAI. If you wish to be considered for the MICCAI challenge/leaderboard, please make sure to fill out the Google form linked on the challenge rules site (also provided here: https://forms.gle/d5mS2agUzfLMJ8ZBA) 2) We are preparing to open the algorithm submission phase. In this phase, you will submit a docker with your solution/algorithm, which we will evaluate on a completely hidden dataset (you can read more about the datasets [here]). There will be two parts to this phase - first, a sanity check where you can submit your algorithm to run on three known cases from the training set, just to make sure you are able to submit the docker properly. You can submit as many times as needed for this part. Then, the official algorithm submission phase will open from August 3 - August 15. You may only submit during the official algorithm phase ONE time. We will provide an example docker for guidance, and will send a message once the sanity check phase is open. 3) The MICCAI challenge deadline for both parts has now been extended to AUGUST 15, 2022. There will not be any extensions after that.
Let us know if you have any questions. We look forward to receiving your submissions!
Best, Lei
