Has the challenge been closed for public continued evaluation?

In the challenge site we are getting a message stating that "Submissions are closed for this phase" for all the subsections under 'Submit' section. Could someone please clarify the current status of submissions for the challenge? Specifically, we would like to know if the submission portal is temporarily closed or if there have been any changes to the submission process that we should be aware of.

We are fixing this; submissions will re-open soon (I cannot confirm exactly when, but I guess max 2 weeks).
