Extended final Submission and paper deadline, further clarification ¶

Dear Participants,
Due to the downtime on Friday, we have decided to extend the submission deadline by one day to Monday, 16th September at 23.59 PM (CEST).
We have also received many questions regarding paper submissions, so we've decided to give you additional time to finalize or update your preprints. This means you will need to upload a draft preprint describing your method for the final submission. However, we will check the publicly available versions of the preprints on Friday, 20th September at 12:00 PM (CEST). We hope this provides you with extra time to refine your method descriptions.
Additionally, we would like to remind you that model weights should be made publicly available. You can use platforms like GitHub releases, Hugging Face, Google Drive, or similar services for hosting. To clarify this question: Regarding code release, someone should at least be able to replicate the results of your algorithm. This means that inference code and model weights must be available under a permissive open-source license. That said, we strongly encourage you to release your training code as well. We will verify if these code requirements are met by Friday, 20th September at 12:00 PM (CEST).
Please don't hesitate to submit your final submission. We know you have all invested a lot of effort into your algorithms, and we understand that some errors may not be caught with the preliminary dataset. If your submission fails, you can resubmit it. However, if this flexibility is misused to submit numerous jobs and fine-tune your algorithm based on time constraints, we reserve us the right to disqualify your team.
Finally, we wish you the best of luck and look forward to seeing your great submissions!
