Thank you for the clarification! This states the general rule that you are not allowed to resubmit the exact baseline models provided by autoPET. This does not affect the number of submissions you can make. As a team, you are allowed to submit two models. The award category is based on the data-centric output. The workflow is similar to the preliminary submission, but with a limit of two submissions. To achieve this, you should create two algorithms (even if only the weights differ), test them during the preliminary phase, and for the final submission, you can submit your algorithm 1 and algorithm 2. Since they are already uploaded, you only need to select them from the dropdown menu.
