hello, is there any simple way to download the dataset?. I want to download the dataset but it taking long time to download the training set. thank you in advance.

Hi, as the dataset consists of 1,014 three dimensional CT and PET scans, its size is quite large. We already applied common compression algorithms but unfortunately cannot reduce the size any further.

Hello, Try downloading using command line so that you can resume whenever you want. But at max it take 7-8 hours to download the entire dataset.

Is it possible to download the dataset to cloud storage directly instead of downloading to local storage?

Hi, if you have a terminal available within your cloud, then you can directly run:

wget http://www.midaslab.org/autoPET/data/nifti.zip

to download the dataset.

Is it possible to download the data using NBIA tool from command line ? If so, can you provide the command line for that.
