Reset the number of submission times

Dear organizers,

We find we meet the submission limit when we intend to test the running time of our docker online. We also noticed some teams meet the problem of time limit.

So... May I ask if the number of submission times of all teams can be reset? It can make us better to find how the docker can pass the time limit.
