About the image harmonization method

Dear Host Experts, I see in your description of the data that both MRI and CT data for prostate and lungs have been harmonized using an equalization method to ensure that they have the same contrast/spatial resolution. Can you please disclose exactly which harmonization method was used? Especially for MRI data, different normalization methods may have a greater impact on the development of algorithms. Good luck.

It is a proprietary harmonization method that has been developed within the project, that is not published. It is an AI-based model that has been trained specifically for these types of images.
