Cannot install library - An internal error has occurred within the Guacamole server, and the connection has been terminated

Hello,

As the title says, I am trying to install a library, but the moment I try to upload the .tar.gz file that I got from pypi, the file starts to upload until it gets to the end and an error message appears:

An internal error has occurred within the Guacamole server, and the connection has been terminated. If the problem persists, please notify your system administrator, or check your system log.

I am able to finish this process successfully with other libraries, so I don't know what to do in this case.

Any help is appreciated, I have sent a message with more info and some screenshots to chaimeleon@quibim.com, I hope that works.

Cheers,

Adrian

Hola Álvaro, thanks a lot for answering.

I am trying to follow the instructions in the init.sh script, the last option, which says:

"if you have a requirements.txt file, you can download all with "pip download -r requirements.txt", then upload all the packages (also the requirements file) and move to the persistent-home, and finally do pip install --no-index --find-links persistent-home/my-tools -r requirements.txt"

The problem is that some of the wheel files that get downloaded to my local system when I do pip download are not compatible with the chaimeleon platform. If I try to install them individually, I am able to install any wheel with a name ending with "-py2.py3-none-any.whl", but most of them end in something like "cp39-cp39-manylinux_2_17_x86_64.manylinux2014_x86_64.whl", and when trying to install those, the system complains that they are not compatible with the platform I am in (chaimeleon).

Is there any help you could give me? Maybe some admin with rights to install could take my requirements.txt file and install it in my user? Life would be wonderful if that could be an option :)

Thanks for your patience. Cheers,

Adrian
