Problem with building images from git repo

Problem with building images from git repo

  By: aVoman on Jan. 11, 2024, 4:32 a.m.

Hey Ana,

I was able to built some container images from my tagged git repositories. But somehow automatic building of the container images stopped for one algorithm and then I had to use a different algorithm. Now the same happened for this algorithm too. Is there a limit to how many tagged git repositories will be automatically built? If not please look into this.

Due to this I need to know whether submitting by Upload a Container and then giving the link to the git repository is valid for Test Prostate Classification because the field Repository is mandatory.

Thanks

Dear @aVoman,

This is something that depends on the Grand Challenge platform, let us ask them to give you an answer. We will keep you posted. Sorry for the inconvenience.

We could not clone your repo. Repository avoman7-pro has used all of its LFS bandwidth. Please purchase more data packs on GitHub for this repo so that we can clone it and tag it again.

hey @jmsmkn,

I understand the git LFS bandwidth error. But I have the same issue with the repo evrtyq-gc. If you look at this repo you can see that there are multiple tags which have not been built and this account has lots of bandwidth left. Please look into this and give a resolution.

Thanks.

Your repo is private so I cannot see the tags. We last received a webhook message from GitHub for that repo at Jan. 10, 2024, 5:36 a.m for tag re2. That tag was successfully built. According to the GitHub logs all the webhook messages they have sent to us have been received, and there were no other webhook messages generated by GitHub for that repo since Jan. 10, 2024, 5:36 a.m. You need to check the installation of the app for the repo on GitHub as we are not being informed of the tags. Failing that, you can build the container image yourself and upload it.
