FINAL TEST PHASE EXTENSION! ¶
By: simongraham73 on March 5, 2022, 9:44 p.m.
Dear all,
To update, we are extending the deadline for final submission until 9th March 23:59 GMT. This is to give you a slight buffer just in case your final submission does not pass. Note, we recommend submitting as soon as you can to see whether or not your submission has been successful and give you time to address any issues. We have created a spreadsheet to indicate which submissions we have so far received. Here, green means your submission has been successful, red means your submission has not been successful or you have not yet submitted and blue means your submission has been successful, but you should contact the organisers because there is an issue.
Also, we have not yet received all method description papers! You must send these across to conic2022@gmail.com AND give a preprint link when submitting. We know that there can be a delay in your paper appearing online. If you are having issues with that, then you are welcome to use another platform such as zenodo or research gate. In the spreadsheet, we have highlighted in green where we have received your paper. Note, if we have not received your paper, then you will not appear on the leaderboard! In line with the updated date for final submission, we will be inviting participants to submit an extended 4 page paper to the ISBI sub-proceedings on the 8th March.
Finally, all submissions must be given a team name - those without a team name have been highlighted on the spreadsheet.
We look forward to receiving your final submissions over the next couple of days !
SUMMARY:
- Final submission deadline: 9th March
- Notification of invitation for 4 page paper: 8th March
- Ensure you have submitted your 2 page papers, otherwise you will not appear on the leaderboard!
Thanks,
Team CoNIC
