In line with a few requests, we have now made the HoVer-Net training code that we used for the CoNIC baseline available. For this, we created a new branch, named conic in the original HoVer-Net repository. You can find the link to the code below:

Here, you will find information on using the same training split and other hyperparameters that we used when developing the baseline. We hope that this information is useful and that it can help participants develop some exciting solutions to the CoNIC challenge :)
