*Q: We participated in two tasks of crossmoda 2022, do we need to submit them separately in the BrainLes CMT submission system? *

A: You can either submit two short papers or make a single submission. Note that if you choose the joint submission option, one or two Docker image(s) should be submitted.

Docker test results for the subset of the validation set are asked to submit to the CMT. Should I separate segmentation results and prediction.csv into two zip files if I choose a joint submission option? I built the docker with two tasks contained because segmentation contributes to the prediction task, and the results are in the same output folder. If two docker files are needed, I'll build them separately.

Yes, please submit one zip file.

It seems that it doesn't make sense to use two Docker images in your case. Please specify in the CMT submission form that you use the same Docker image for both tasks.
