There is a mismatch in image dimensions and number of channels between T1ce and T2 images.

Hi,

I am not sure to understand your question. hrT2 and ceT1 images are unpaired.

Cheers Reuben

I had the same question. So hrT2 and ceT1 don't have to be taken at the same time, and is this right? Meaning they are basically taken at different times of the same patient?

Thank you so much.

Hi,

Sorry if I wasn't clear.

Each image corresponds to a unique patient. There is no overlap between the patients in the training source and target sets.

Cheers, Reuben
