It is unclear for us in which phase the challenge is at the moment.

We are currently in dev/debug phase and wondering about the changes on the leaderboard.

Could you clarify the details of timeline between

June 16th: Open testing phase submission system
August 15th: Submission period for all phase ends

We still need 2 Weeks for the debug phase.

Thank you for your inquiry. Currently, both phases are open and will remain so until August 15th. During the debug phase, you may submit up to three times daily, while the final phase currently allows one submission per day. Please let us know if you need further clarification.
