Preliminary submission deadline extension!

Hi teams,

We have decided to extend the preliminary phase deadline by a week to Sept 4th in order to allow for teams to resolve their issues. The final testing phase will begin from today as scheduled. If your algorithm container works in the preliminary phase then it should be straightforward to submit to the final phase. We have also increased submission count allowed for final phases to 2 (instead of 1) in case their are unexpected errors in the algorithm run. Please note that we will not be able to extend the deadlines further to be able to have everything ready to be presented at the challenge - so please DO NOT leave submission to the final phases for the last day. Hope this helps all the teams in resolving issues and making final submissions.
