Don't have permission to create algorithm

Hi. When I clink the link "https://surgtoolloc.grand-challenge.org/evaluation/challenge/algorithms/create/" to upload new image, it shows that "Forbidden You do not have permission to access this content."

What should I do to solve this problem? Thank you

The person submitting the algorithm need to have their account verified (you can check that in your profile). It seems like you already have a verified account - have you tried submitting again? Can you also please reach out to grand challenge support asap?
