Inquiry regarding examples for certain instruments

So, in Figure 3, the clevis of cadiere forceps is visible, but very small (as shown bellow). Also if the clevis is not visible at all due to the angle of view or the angle of wrist bending , then the ground truth is not present.

Is my understanding correct?
