Why is the preliminary testing phase closed ?

The preliminary testing phase is closed now. But the submission deadline of this phase must be Sept. 8th. Would you open the preliminary testing phase again ?

Dear Satoshi,

The prelim phase got closed unexpectedly as it hit the maximum number of submissions allowed by Grand Challenge. The prelim phase is back up and you should be able to submit till the deadline. Apologies for the inconvenience!
