Submission stuck at "executed" state ¶

My submission has been processing for almost 3h. This is strange as the file is not larger than previous submissions which succeded under 1h. It is taking a lot longer than usual for all stages but for the past 1h it is stuck on "executed". I cannot make any other submissions while this one is not completed. Is it possible to check what the problem is or to kill the submission so that I can try again?
