Don't worry, the challenge is still running and there is no change about the Fuse My Cells method evaluations.

PS: Our 'Test phase' is not included (i.e., does not count) in the final results of the 'Evaluation Phase'. As Docker submission is quite technical, this phase is created to test the building process (even if your networks have not yet completed their training). We invite you to start submitting and debugging (we allowed you to see all logs), do not hesitate to contact us. Happy coding!

📰 Invitation to publish their methods in the proceedings of the IEEE International Symposium on Biomedical Imaging 2025s.

🛠️ Support and integration of open source code into open science image processing and analysis software (e.g. BioImage Model Zoo, Napari)

Is this also valid for people who did not submit a paper before the dealline ?

I don't think this will affect me, but what about the teams who are still working on their method right now and are not able to write the paper yet ?

PS: I'm not talking about cases where the sources/methods could not be made public, but only about people who did not send a paper by the deadline.

That's a very relevant question thank you for asking!

Those who have not submitted a paper for ISBI 2025 will only be unable to obtain an invitation to publish their methods in the IEEE ISBI 2025s proceedings.

All other awards can be obtained by every participants and teams of participants even if they have not published at the conference (of course, we are not talking here about methods that will not be made public, as stated in the rules ).
