Question about baseline?

Question about baseline?

Upon meticulous examination of the provided page, I continue to experience some ambiguity regarding the specifics of the task at hand. I would like to inquire whether there exists a established baseline or reference model that could be utilized for guidance and comparison purposes.

Hello,

Thank you for your message and for your interest in Fuse My Cells!

I assume you're talking about a deep learning model base. For our part, we're testing with a Unet model. Otherwise I invite you kindly to read the documentation in the State of the art section I've written on the main page. In it, I may not have specified enough the case of CARE (content-aware image restoration).

Then, you can look at a toolbox for the training and implementation of common Deep Learning approaches to microscopy imaging: the framework of ZeroCostDL4Mic https://github.com/HenriquesLab/ZeroCostDL4Mic/wiki. There are CARE and Noise2Void 3D application in notebooks, 3D Unet, etc.

Does this answer your question?
