Access to the dataset at: https://arteryvein.grand-challenge.org/

I requested to “join arteryvein,” but, it always suggest that "...is awating review". I have seen that others have had the same problem:

In the thread above there is a link (https://zenodo.org/record/3595212#.YgjiVt_MKCq) to access the TC images only. But to work on the challenge you also need access to the annotation dataset. How can we access the annotation dataset?
