Need support with TUPAC Grand Challenge Automated Evaluation

Grand Challenge Support, I submitted results to the TUPAC Grand Challenge and did not get the automated evaluation output as expected. I did not find the email on the challenge site to contact the challenge organizers. Any way you can look into my problem and help?
