Regarding Error While Result Submission on MSD Challenge

We are trying to submit the final submission file on the MSD (Medical Segmentation Decathlon) Challenge. We have prepared the submission file according to the instructions, but we are getting a "Failed Time Limit Exceeded" error after 1 hour of submitting the file.

Can anyone please suggest to me how can I resolve this error? Any of the suggestions will be highly appreciated.

I have already mailed them regarding the issue but they are not responding. This is the problem.

Alas if the challenge organizers are not responding there is little that we can do. The error entails that the evaluation method that the organizers have uploaded did not parse your image in a timely manner. Either it's because of your input format (which you could have a second look at, but we can't help with) or the organizers need to optimize their evaluation method. It has an hour to run, so something is going wrong.
