Submission Deadline Time

Dear organisers,

In the challenge info page, it says that deadline is 5 September at 23:59 PT. However, in the submission portal it says submissions close at September 10:59 p.m. (Atlantic/Canary), which is 8 hours earlier. Could you please clarify this?
