Can we submit to leader board even after the validation phase ends?

Does the challenge ends with the validation phase ? or wil lthe test cases be given to us?

Hello, in the test phase, we will test the submitted docker from the participants to determine the final challenge score. After the challenge is finished, we will reopen the leaderboard for post-challenge validation.
