How to upload docker file and paper?

I did not find any information on how to send my docker file and paper for the final submission. Can you provide me some pointer / explanation?

Hi, you can upload the docker and technical papers to Googledrive, Baidu Cloud or other online storages and email us the download link. Notice: we highly recommend you test the docker before you send it to us.
