Why the results are all zeros?

I submit my first result, but it is all zeros. Can anyone tell me the reason why it might cause this?

By the way, the results should be in probabilites or binary (0 or 1)?

The predictions should be binary, just as the label (0 for background 1 for hemorrhage). Also, make sure the arrays are of type int16\int32\uint8.
