Five questions about submission and input files

Five questions about submission and input files

  By: vertin on July 27, 2024, 9:45 a.m.

  1. Does' Opening of submission system for dockers' in the Schedule mean that I need to submit a Docker image(https://www.docker.com/)?

  2. Will the organizer come to test the AI I submitted?

  3. During testing, is the 'Acute CT images (NCCT, CTP, and CTA)' in Input in. nii format or. gz format? Or is it a common image format such as. png? Are they stored in different folders like the given dataset? Or are there other formats?

  4. What is the function of 'Tabular data' in Input? Does this data also affect the accuracy of AI?

  5. Do I need to write another text document to tell the tester where to put the input file and which code to run to start segmentation?

Thanks!

Hi,

1 and 2) Yes. You submit your docker through Grand-Challenge, and the platform automatically evaluates its performance on the test set. A Docker template to help participants preparing the solution will be made available soon.

3) Format is .nii or .nii.gz (i think GC platform reads .nii). This will be clear through the template Docker we'll share.

4) You can use the tabular data or discard it, up to you. Perhaps the tabular data helps some algorithms work better (we dont know).

5) No, this is all contained in the Docker that you will submit. You will receive clear instructions in the next weeks.

Best, Ezequiel

Thank you, Ezequiel, for your patient and meticulous response! I now know what I need to do next. I'm eagerly anticipating the template Docker you'll share!
