Input 'preprocessed-CT-angiography' (instead of preprocessed-ct-angiography)

For those using the 'preprocessed-CT-angiography' modality, please note that the "CT" in this input name must be capitalized, as follows:

'preprocessed-CT-angiography'

We’ve just updated the GitHub repository with this correction. For some reason, in GC, this image input was registered with 'CT' in capital letters, while the other images are in lowercase.

This update should resolve many issues with your Dockers.

Additionally, when running your Dockers locally (test_run.sh), please make sure to rename the folder from'preprocessed-ct-angiography' to 'preprocessed-CT-angiography'.
