Hi Ezequiel,

I am not sure if this is a problem from my end, but I noticed something wierd with the MTT perfusion map from case 137.

Hi Jacob,

I am reading this case with nibabel (in python), and the brain visualizes without issues (intensity values make sense); same when using 3D Slicer (with the pre-defined 'CT brain' window). Perhaps it's just a matter of 'windowing' in itksnap?

I have tried windowing but it doesn't work. It's just this image I have a problem with. Maybe its a problem with my ITK Snap as I can load the image correctly with nibabel. Thanks for your response!
