After checking all the contents in the zenodo stored dataset I found the following:

  • In the centers.xlsx file are reported 198 and 52 cases per institution 1 and 2, respectively. However in the arxiv https://arxiv.org/pdf/2403.19425v2 you reported 200 and 50. In that case, which cases are in the wrong institution?
  • Checking the json files, there are 144/250 cases with JSON, where only 129 have the manufacturer file and comes from institution 1 using centers.xlsx. After checking the manufacturers available 4 studies (0046, 0073, 0105 and 0201) have SIEMENS Verio as scanner, that is for the institution 2. Maybe is this an error in the typo because the voxel dimensions are similar for cases of institution 1?

I hope to get your help to solve this questions and help me to take a route of action. Thanks in advance.
