Submission ID for Docs form

Hi, I have a question about Docs form.

We should fill submission method ID in (as appears in GC). But, I can't identify my submission method ID. (There is no result link) How do I check my ID?

And, there are two ID, submission ID and method ID. Which ID do I have to fill in?
