Overlap between AIROGS and JustRAIGS data?

Are there any overlapping images/patients between the two datasets? If so, approx. what percentage?

Thanks for your questions. You are correct, the data sets for both challenges overlap. Both come from the REGAIS data set. For AIROGS, we exported the training data set consisting of no referable glaucoma, referable glaucoma and ungradable images. The labels included just that main label. For JustRAIGS, we limited the training data set to no referable glaucoma and referable glaucoma - ungradable is not included. The labels are more extensive this time, as they include the ten glaucomatous features that were scored by the graders for the referable glaucoma images.

This means that all of the images in the JustRAIGS data set were included in the AIROGS data set as well - but not the other way around. And the JustRAIGS data set contains more extensive labels.
