What is the deadline for algorithm publication and paper submission?

I came across a notice stating that the deadline for algorithm publication and paper submission to IEEE ISBI 2024 (through the CMT) is April 6th, 2024.

However, it was mentioned that the final challenge test is scheduled for April 20th.

What does this notice imply? Also, does this mean that no changes to the algorithm or paper are possible after April 6th?

Yes, correct! We will keep the challenge open for the submission of your algorithm even after the deadline submission paper submission to IEEE ISBI 2024.

There is no problem! You can make changes and improve your algorithm until 20th April 2024.

Submission date (Test Phase): from 1st March 2024 to 20th April 2024;

Algorithm publication and paper submission to IEEE ISBI 2024 (through the CMT): 6th April 2024;

So, the test phase is only opened after submitting the paper? Now it appears that the submission is closed for that phase.

Hi Jonathan,

The test phase opens on March 1. The deadline for submitting the manuscript is April 6. The reviews will be sent to you by April 20 and you need to submit the camera ready version by April 27.

Note that you only get one chance to submit in the test phase. So it is up to you whether you want to do that before or after the deadline of the manuscript (April 6).
